Delivery Policy (Digital Product, No Physical Shipping)
This product is a PDF file delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped by post, and there is no shipping charge.
As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes), download buttons appear on the order confirmation page shown after payment. At the same time, we send an email with the download link to the address you entered (sender name: NordicLab). The PDF files are not attached to the email; you download them from the link. If payment confirmation takes longer, we will email you the download link as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What you receive: two printable A4 PDF files (a color version and a black-and-white version). The 12-Week Walking Plan has 11〜12 pages each (17 pages each for the 65+ versions) and is one of 27 ready-made versions, chosen by three answers in the type check (age group, usual daily steps, walking days per week). The Cane Checklist Notebook (杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート) has 11 pages each.
The download link is valid for 30 days from purchase. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times.
If the link has expired or the downloads are used up, contact us and we will send a new link free of charge.
Japanese mobile-carrier email addresses (such as @docomo.ne.jp, @au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp and @softbank.ne.jp) sometimes block email from abroad. We recommend Gmail, iCloud or a similar address. Even if the email does not arrive, you can download the files from the order confirmation page.
If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.
The files open in the standard PDF viewer on smartphones, tablets and computers. You can print them at home, or at a convenience store using a network printing service such as netprint.
