プライバシーポリシー追補（ご購入時の個人情報について）
この追補は、当サイトのプライバシーポリシーに加えて、当サイトで販売するPDF商品（「12週間ウォーキング計画表」「杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート」）のご購入に関する個人情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
個人情報取扱事業者：イェウヘン・ポリシュク（パスポート表記：Evgen Polishchuk）、ウクライナ・キーウ市在住の個人。詳しい住所は、ご請求があれば遅滞なくお知らせします。
当サイトが取得する情報：ご購入時に入力されたメールアドレスと電話番号、ご注文の内容（注文番号、購入日時、お届けした商品と計画表の番号、金額、決済の状況）、ダウンロードの記録（日時・回数・IPアドレス）、ご注文時のIPアドレス（不正利用の防止のため）。また、決済サービスから、お支払いの結果とともにお名前・国などが届く場合があります。
タイプチェックの回答は、お使いの端末の中だけで計算され、回答そのものは当サイトに送信されません。ご購入の場合に限り、回答から選ばれた計画番号（65歳以上かどうか・ふだんの歩数の区分・歩く日数を表す番号）をご注文内容として受け取ります。病気やお薬についてはお聞きしません。カード番号などの決済情報は決済事業者が直接取り扱い、当サイトには届きません。
利用目的：商品のお届け、ダウンロードリンクの再発行、返金の手続き、お問い合わせへの返信、不正利用の防止、お支払いに関する確認（電話番号は決済事業者に提供するためだけに使い、当サイトから電話や宣伝のご連絡はしません）、会計・税務など法令にもとづく記録の保管。宣伝のメールを送ることはありません。
決済：Western Bid, Inc.（米国フロリダ州）が再販売者（Merchant of Record）として代金の請求と受領を行い、カード決済にはStripeが使われます。これらの事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーにしたがって、お支払いに必要な情報を取り扱います。当サイトは、お支払いのためにメールアドレス・電話番号とご注文内容をWestern Bid, Inc.に提供します。提供先が講じている措置として、Western Bid, Inc.は自社のプライバシーポリシー（https://westernbid.com/en/privacy-policy/）で個人情報の取り扱いを定めています。
保管場所：ご注文の情報は、ドイツにあるサーバー（当サイトのホスティング）に保管し、注文確認メールも同じサーバーから送信します。運営者はウクライナからこの情報を取り扱います。お問い合わせのメールは、Google LLC（米国）のGmailで受信・保管します。
外国の個人情報保護制度：
・ドイツ：EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）が適用されます。EUは、日本の個人情報保護委員会が、日本と同等の水準にあると認めている地域です。
・ウクライナ：運営者の所在地です。個人データ保護法（2010年）があります。
・米国：決済事業者とメールサービスの所在地です。連邦レベルの包括的な個人情報保護法はなく、州法や分野別の法律があります。
保管期間：ご注文の情報は、会計・返金の記録として、ご注文から3年間保管し、その後削除します。お問い合わせのメールは、対応が終わってから1年以内に削除します。体調や病気についての内容を含むメールは、返信後に削除します。
安全管理：管理画面とサーバーへのアクセスは、パスワードと鍵で制限しています。通信はSSL/TLSで暗号化しています。
法令にもとづく場合を除き、上記以外の第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。

Privacy Policy Addendum: Purchases
This addendum to our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you buy our PDF products (the 12-Week Walking Plan and the Cane Checklist Notebook (杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート)).
Data controller: Yevhen (Evgen) Polishchuk, a private individual living in Kyiv, Ukraine. The full postal address will be provided without delay on request.
What we collect: the email address and phone number you enter at checkout; order details (order number, date and time, the product and, for the walking plan, the number of the plan version delivered, amount, payment status); download records (time, count, IP address); and the IP address at the time of the order, for fraud prevention. The payment providers may also send us your name, country or similar details together with the payment result.
The type check runs on your device and your answers themselves are never sent to us. Only when you buy do we receive the plan number chosen from your answers (it shows whether you are 65 or over, your usual daily-step range and your walking days per week) as part of the order. We do not ask about illnesses or medication. Card details are handled directly by the payment providers and never reach this site.
Purposes: delivering the product, re-issuing download links, processing refunds, replying to your messages, preventing fraud, payment checks (we pass the phone number only to the payment provider and never call you or use it for advertising), and keeping records required by law (accounting and tax). We do not send marketing emails.
Payments: Western Bid, Inc. (Florida, USA) charges and collects the payment as reseller and merchant of record, using Stripe for card payments. Each of them handles the information needed for payment under its own privacy policy. We provide your email address and order details to Western Bid, Inc. to process your payment. As for the measures taken by the recipient, Western Bid, Inc. sets out how it handles personal information in its privacy policy (https://westernbid.com/en/privacy-policy/).
Where data is stored: order information is stored on a server in Germany (this site's hosting), and order emails are sent from the same server. The operator accesses this information from Ukraine. Emails you send us are received and stored in Gmail, operated by Google LLC (USA).
Data protection in the countries involved: Germany is covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission recognizes the EU as having an equivalent level of protection. Ukraine, where the operator lives, has the Law on Personal Data Protection (2010). The USA, where the payment providers and the email service are based, has no comprehensive federal privacy law; state laws and sector-specific laws apply.
Retention: order records are kept for 3 years from the order date for accounting and refunds, then deleted. Email correspondence is deleted within 1 year after the matter is closed. Messages that contain information about your health or illness are deleted after we reply.
Security: access to the site's admin area and server is restricted by passwords and keys, and connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS.
Except where required by law, we do not provide your personal information to any third party other than those listed above.
To request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your information, or to make a complaint, write from the email address used for the purchase to [email protected] or use the contact form. We will verify your identity and respond without delay.
