この規約は、NordicLab（nordiclab.jp）でPDF商品「12週間ウォーキング計画表」「杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート」（以下、それぞれ「本商品」）を購入される方（以下「お客様」）と、本商品の制作・提供者である販売者（イェウヘン・ポリシュク）との間に適用されます。代金の請求と受領は、再販売者（Merchant of Record）であるWestern Bid, Inc.（米国）が行い、お支払いには同社の条件も適用されます。ご注文の前にお読みください。
販売者：イェウヘン・ポリシュク（パスポート表記：Evgen Polishchuk）。海外（ウクライナ）在住の個人で、NordicLabを運営しています。所在地はウクライナ・キーウ市です。詳しい住所と電話番号は、ご請求があれば電子メールで遅滞なく、原則として当日中に開示します。連絡先：[email protected]／お問い合わせフォーム。
本商品は、完成したPDFファイル（A4・印刷用）です。個別の指導や、継続して提供されるオンラインのサービスは含まれません。
価格は、12週間ウォーキング計画表が980円、杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノートが500円で、いずれも1回払いです。定期購入ではなく、自動更新もありません。お支払いはクレジットカード・デビットカード（Visa・Mastercard・JCB・American Expressなど。Stripeで処理）で、日本円でのお支払いです。代金の請求と受領は、再販売者（Merchant of Record）であるWestern Bid, Inc.（米国フロリダ州）が行います。ご利用明細には、「Western Bid」「westernbid.com」などと表示されます。
売買契約は、ご注文内容の最終確認画面のあと、お支払いが完了した時点で成立します。
お届けの方法は「お届けについて」、返金は「返金ポリシー」に定めるとおりです。購入から14日以内なら、理由を問わず全額返金します。ファイルが開かない・ダウンロードできない場合は、期限にかかわらず、再送または全額返金のどちらか、ご希望の方法で対応します。
本商品は18歳以上の方を対象としています。ご注文の際に、18歳以上であることを確認していただきます。
本商品は、ウォーキングの習慣づくりのための一般的な情報です。医療上の助言、診断、治療を目的としたものではなく、健康状態を判定するものでもありません。歩数や消費カロリーの数値は目安・概算です。体重の変化など、特定の結果を約束するものではありません。持病のある方、医師から運動を控えるよう言われている方は、始める前に医師にご相談ください。作成者は医師や運動指導者ではありません。
本商品の著作権は販売者に帰属します。お客様は、ご自身とご家族が使うために、本商品を保存・印刷できます（ご家族に印刷して渡すことも含みます）。
次の行為を禁止します：ファイルの再配布・転売・インターネット上への掲載／内容の全部または一部を複製・改変して販売すること／講習会など営利目的で利用すること。（印刷のためにネットプリントなどの印刷サービスへ登録することは、ご家族の分を含めて問題ありません）
当方の故意又は重大な過失による場合を除き、本商品に関して当方が負う損害賠償責任は、お客様が本商品にお支払いになった金額を上限とします。
この規約は、お客様がお住まいの国・地域の消費者保護に関する法令で認められる権利を制限するものではありません。日本にお住まいのお客様には、消費者契約法・特定商取引法など、日本の消費者保護に関する法令のうちお客様を保護する規定が、この規約よりも優先して適用されます。
この規約を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。変更前にご購入いただいた分には、ご購入時の規約が適用されます。

Terms of Purchase
These terms apply between you and Yevhen (Evgen) Polishchuk (the Seller), who created and provides the PDF products the 12-Week Walking Plan and the Cane Checklist Notebook (杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート) (each, the Product) sold on NordicLab (nordiclab.jp). Payment is charged and collected by Western Bid, Inc. (USA), which acts as reseller and merchant of record, and its own terms also apply to the payment. Please read these terms before ordering.
Seller: Yevhen (Evgen) Polishchuk, a private individual living in Kyiv, Ukraine, who runs NordicLab. The full postal address and telephone number will be disclosed by email without delay, as a rule on the same day, on request. Contact: [email protected] or the contact form.
The Product is a finished, downloadable PDF file (A4, printable). It does not include individual guidance or any ongoing online service.
The price is 980 JPY for the 12-Week Walking Plan and 500 JPY for the Cane Checklist Notebook, paid once. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically. You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and others, processed by Stripe), charged in Japanese yen. Western Bid, Inc. (Florida, USA) charges and collects the payment as reseller and merchant of record. Your statement will show Western Bid or westernbid.com.
The purchase contract is concluded when your payment is completed after the final order confirmation screen.
Delivery is described in the Delivery Policy and refunds in the Refund Policy. Within 14 days of purchase you can get a full refund without giving a reason. If the file does not open or cannot be downloaded, we will send you a new file or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer, at any time.
The Product is intended for people aged 18 or over. You confirm that you are 18 or over when ordering.
The Product is general information for building a walking habit. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not assess your health. Step counts and calorie figures are estimates. No specific result, such as a change in body weight, is promised. If you have a chronic condition or your doctor has told you to limit exercise, talk to your doctor before you start. The author is not a doctor or a fitness instructor.
The copyright in the Product belongs to the Seller. You may save and print the Product for use by yourself and your family, including printing it for a family member.
You may not redistribute, resell or post the file online, sell copies or modified versions of all or part of its content, or use it for commercial purposes such as paid classes. Uploading the file to a printing service such as netprint in order to print it, including copies for your family, is allowed.
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country or region where you live. For customers living in Japan, the consumer-protection provisions of Japanese law, including the Consumer Contract Act and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, take precedence over these terms.
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page. Purchases made before a change remain under the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
