NordicLab（nordiclab.jp）で販売しているPDF商品（「12週間ウォーキング計画表」「杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート」）の返金についての決まりです。
購入日から14日以内にご連絡いただければ、理由を問わず、お支払いいただいた金額の全額を返金します。理由をお伺いすることはありません。
ファイルが開かない、ダウンロードできない、内容が欠けているなど、当方の不具合があるときは、14日を過ぎていても、新しいファイルの再送または全額返金のどちらか、ご希望の方法で対応します。
返金をご希望の方は、ご注文番号（またはご購入時のメールアドレス）を添えて、[email protected] またはお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。
ご連絡を受けてから速やかに（通常2営業日以内）、再販売者であるWestern Bid, Inc.を通じて、お支払いに使われた方法（カード）へ返金の手続きをします。明細に反映されるまでの日数は、カード会社によって異なります。
カード会社が請求する海外事務手数料や為替の差額は、カード会社の規定によるため、当方から返金できない場合があります。
返金後は、ダウンロードリンクは無効になります。お手元のファイルは削除をお願いします。
定期購入ではないため、解約の手続きはありません。
この返金ポリシーは、法令上お客様に認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

Refund Policy
This policy covers refunds for our printable PDF products (the 12-Week Walking Plan and the Cane Checklist Notebook (杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート)) sold on NordicLab (nordiclab.jp).
If you contact us within 14 days of the purchase date, we will refund the full amount you paid. No reason is required and we will not ask for one.
If the file does not open, cannot be downloaded, or is incomplete because of a fault on our side, we will either send you a new file or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer, even after the 14-day period.
To request a refund, email [email protected] or use the contact form, and include your order number (or the email address used for the purchase).
We process the refund promptly (usually within 2 business days of your message) through Western Bid, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record, back to the original payment method (card). The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
Foreign transaction fees and exchange-rate differences are set by your card issuer under its own terms, and we may not be able to refund them.
After a refund, the download link is deactivated. Please delete any copies of the file you have saved.
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
