This site sells two PDF products: the 12-Week Walking Plan and the Cane Checklist Notebook (杖えらび・使いはじめ チェックノート).
Seller: Yevhen (Evgen) Polishchuk, a private individual living in Ukraine.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. The full postal address and telephone number will be disclosed by email without delay, as a rule on the same day, on request.

Billing: Western Bid, Inc. (Florida, USA) sells the Product to you as reseller and merchant of record and collects the payment. Yevhen (Evgen) Polishchuk creates and delivers the Product and handles questions and refunds.
Price: 12-Week Walking Plan 980 JPY; Cane Checklist Notebook 500 JPY. Each is paid once. Not a subscription.
Other costs: internet connection charges are borne by the customer. Because the payment is processed abroad, your card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee.
Payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and others), charged in Japanese yen.
Payment timing: when the order is placed (when payment is completed on the payment screen).
Statement descriptor: Western Bid or westernbid.com.
Delivery: as soon as payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes), via the order confirmation page and by email (the download link is valid for 30 days, up to 5 downloads per file). If confirmation takes longer, we will email the link as soon as payment is confirmed.
Returns and refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. If the file does not open or cannot be downloaded, we will send a new file or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer, at any time.
