NordicLabへのご質問・ご意見・ご購入に関するご連絡は、メールまたはこのページのフォームからお気軽にお寄せください。
ご購入前のご質問や、ご購入後のダウンロード・返金のご連絡は、次の2つの方法で受け付けています。
お問い合わせフォーム：このページの下のフォームからお送りください。項目は、お名前（任意）・メールアドレス・ご注文番号（任意）・お問い合わせ内容です。
ご購入に関するご連絡には、ご注文番号（またはご購入時のメールアドレス）をお書き添えください。
2営業日以内（土日とウクライナの祝日を除く）に、日本語でお返事します。住所・電話番号のご請求には、原則として当日中にお返事します。日本語の文章には翻訳ツールを使っています。
運営者はウクライナに住んでおり、日本との時差は6〜7時間です（日本のほうが進んでいます）。現地の停電などにより、まれに返信が遅れることがあります。
体調や病気についてのご相談にはお答えできません。かかりつけの医師にご相談ください。そのような内容を含むメールは、返信後に削除します。
携帯電話会社のメールアドレス（@docomo.ne.jp、@au.com、@ezweb.ne.jp、@softbank.ne.jp など）からお送りいただいた場合、こちらからの返信が届かないことがあります。Gmail・iCloudなどのアドレスをおすすめします。
販売者：イェウヘン・ポリシュク（パスポート表記：Evgen Polishchuk）／海外（ウクライナ）在住の個人。所在地はウクライナ・キーウ市です。詳しい住所と電話番号は、ご請求があれば電子メールで遅滞なく、原則として当日中に開示します。

Questions before buying, and messages about downloads or refunds after buying, can be sent in two ways.

For anything about a purchase, please include your order number (or the email address used for the purchase).
We reply in Japanese within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Ukrainian public holidays). Requests for the seller's postal address and telephone number are answered, as a rule, on the same day. Our Japanese texts are prepared with translation tools.
The operator lives in Ukraine; Japan is 6 to 7 hours ahead. Local power cuts may occasionally delay a reply.
We cannot answer questions about your health or illness; please ask your own doctor. Messages containing such information are deleted after we reply.
If you write from a Japanese mobile-carrier email address (such as @docomo.ne.jp, @au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp or @softbank.ne.jp), our reply may be blocked. We recommend Gmail, iCloud or a similar address.
